4.5 MM hook.
'Willow Burrow' Worsted Medium 4
Starting with the White (or off white)
Round 1:
Ch 2. 10 sc in 2nd ch from hook.(9sc)
Round 2:
Sc to join.(mnr) Sc in same st. 2 sc in ea st around.(18sc)
Round 3:
Ss to join.(mnr)*( hdc,dc) in next st, ss in next st, (dc, hdc) in next st, ss in next st. * 4 Times. There should be 3 sts left. Insert hook into the next st, draw up Black yarn. Tie off White. Ch 2 Hdc in next 3 sts (in white), sc in next st, turn, hdc in next 2 sts tog, sc in last st. Fasten Off.
Legs.
First leg..Locate the 2nd ss from bottom of head. Ss to join new yarn. ch 3, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next st, Remove hook from loop, insert hook through backside of beg st. Draw loop through to backside of project, Fasten Off
For second leg start in 2nd ss from peviously worked leg. Ss to join new yarn. ch 3, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next st, Remove hook from loop, insert hook through backside of beg st. Draw loop through to backside of project, Fasten Off
Using a needle and white yarn, stitch in an eye and a mouth. Use a small piece of black yarn for the ears, and a small piece of white for the tail.
