Crochet Capsicum Pepper

Materials needed:
- 1. YarnArt Jeans, 55% cotton, 45% acryl, 50g/160m, next colors: green No 69, red No 90, yellow No 35, for décor some white, pink and thin black yarn.
- 2. Crochet hook 2.25 mm (US: B, UK:14)
- 3. Fiberfill, thick sewing needle, pins.
- 4. Safety eyes 2 mm.
Abbreviations:
- ch-chain stitch
- Sc-single crochet
- sl st – slip stitch
- inc increase, 2 sc in the next sc
- dec – decrease, single crochet 2 stitches together
- (16) number of stitches in a round
- (inc, sc)*N – repeat N times
- BLO – back loop only
- FLO-front loop only
Work in continuous rounds without slip stitches.
- Rnd 1: 6 sc in the MR
- Rnd 2: 6 inc (12)
- Rnd 3: (inc, 1 sc)*6 (18)
- Rnd 4: (inc, 2 sc)*6 (24)
- Rnd 5: (inc, 3 sc)*6 (30)
- Rnd 6: (inc, 4 sc)*6 (36)
- Rnd 7-8: sc in each stitch around 2 rounds.
- Rnd 9: (dec, 10 sc)*3 (33)
- Rnd 10: 33 sc
- Rnd 11: (dec, 9 sc)*3 (30)
- Rnd 12-13: sc in each stitch around 2 rounds.
- Rnd 14: (dec, 8 sc)*3 (27)
- Rnd 15-16: sc in each stitch around 2 rounds.
Insert eyes between 11 and 12 rounds, 4 sc between eyes. Embroidery eyes with white yarn, blush with pink yarn, eyebrows with thin black yarn.

Stuff the hat evenly and not very firmly with the fiberfill.

Cut off the yarn and leave a very long end. Close the top using a needle. Divide the pepper into 4 parts: insert the needle into the center, pull the thread through and through, and bring it to its original position.
Stem.
With green yarn.

- Rnd 2-3: SC in each stitch around 2 rnds.
- Rnd 4: FLO 6 inc (12)
Cut off the yarn. Add some fiberfill. Hide the end.
Sew to the top of the pepper.
